Where can I buy tickets for concerts and events by Live Nation?
As an event organizer, Live Nation does not operate its own ticket sales platform. Most ticket transactions initiated through livenation.ch are processed directly by the ticket service provider, Ticketmaster, and you will be redirected to Ticketmaster’s website.
Tickets for Live Nation events can be purchased directly from Ticketmaster or from affiliated ticket outlets.
For questions regarding an existing ticket order, please contact the customer service team of the respective ticket service provider.
How can I obtain tickets for wheelchair users and people with severe disabilities, as well as their companions?
As an event organizer, Live Nation does not operate its own ticket sales platform.
Please check the event details for your chosen event on the Ticketmaster website. Often, there is a separate email address listed where you can book the required tickets.
People with severe disabilities (with a B or Bl notation in their disability ID) and wheelchair users generally receive a free companion ticket.

What can I bring to a concert? Are bags and backpacks allowed?
Guests are asked to limit themselves to only essential items such as a mobile phone, keys, wallet, and medication or cosmetics (no deodorant, perfume, or hairsprays) in small backpacks, fanny packs, or handbags up to a maximum size of A4. Bringing bags larger than A4 is generally prohibited.

If the event for which you purchased tickets has been rescheduled or canceled, you have the option to return your tickets.
